The integrity of our assessments is fundamental to their value. Assessment results are only meaningful when completed honestly and independently.
Consequences of Cheating: Violations may result in immediate termination of access, invalidation of results, and notification to the sponsoring organization.

Are owned by or licensed to EHSINDEX and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Results are provided to the sponsoring organization and linked to your Candidate ID. The organization maintains the connection between your Candidate ID and your personal identity. EHSINDEX does not receive or store your personal information.
Results are provided to you and stored only with your Candidate ID. You may choose to share your results and Candidate ID with potential employers.
While we strive for accuracy, assessment results are for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions. Results reflect knowledge at a specific point in time.

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that assessment results are perfectly accurate or comprehensive.
Our assessments are educational tools and do not constitute professional advice, certification, or qualification for any profession or role.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EHSINDEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
